You & SHE was born from the creative minds and shared passion of Ilona and Roel. In 2016, Ilona started her company IV BioCheck, specializing in biological safety. The demand for her expertise grew so rapidly that the name and form no longer sufficed, and the company became too large for one person.
After many inspiring conversations and walks, Ilona and Roel—now married—decided to join forces. With a shared vision on safety, health, and people-focused work, they founded You & SHE together.
Today, You & SHE has grown into a powerful team of specialists supporting organizations with advice, training, and tailored solutions in biological safety, occupational safety, health, and emergency response.
